Day 1 LIMA PICK UP
Upon arrival reception and transfer to the select hotel - overnight (no meals)
Day 2 CITY TOUR
This tour could start in the morning 9:00am or 2:00pm
You will be picked up from your hotel to go on the City Tour, a guided tour around the city of Lima (capital of the Spanish Viceroyalty of Peru during colonial times). The tour starts from the Plaza Mayor (Main Square) in the Historic Center of Lima, with explanations about the Palacio de Gobierno (Government Palace), the Cathedral, the Palacio Arzobispal (Archbishop’s Palace) and the Palacio Municipal (City Hall). Afterwards we will visit the San Francisco Convent, only a two block walk from the Plaza Mayor. San Francisco, a UNESCO World Heritage site, is the largest complex of monumental colonial art in the Americas. It has a basilica with 21 altars, a cloistered convent, Capitular and Clementine Rooms, an inner courtyard decorated with XVI century glazed tiles from Seville, Moorish arches, and subterranean catacombs. The tour also includes: the Olivar (Olive grove) of San Isidro, Miraflores’ Parque Central and Parque del Amor (Central and Love Parks), Mar Shopping Center - Overnight at the Hotel (B)
Day 3 LIMA / CUSCO
You will be picked up from your hotel and transfer to the airport for your flight to Cusco (airfare included) upon arrival reception and transfer to the select hotel, morning at leisure to acclimatize to the altitude. In the afternoon 2;00pm you will be taken on a city tour and visit a local archeological sites, the Cathedral, Koricancha, Sacsayhuaman and surroundings returning later afternoon 5:30pm to your hotel around and enjoy the hospitality of the local people (no meals included).
Day 4 SACRED VALLEY (available only on Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday)
After breakfast at 8:45am you will be taken through the Inca Sacred Valley where life has remained almost unchanged for 500 years. You will visit the impressive village of Pisac and the Indian market, enjoy the beautiful handicrafts on sale and wonder at the many ethnic tribal costumes worn, not just for tourists, but as part of their heritage by the local people. The tour also include the visit to Ollantaytambo fortress and the Chinchero Market Before returning to your hotel in Cusco late afternoon (around 6:30pm)(breakfast and Lunch included)
Day 5 MACHUPICCHU FULL DAY TOUR
Early morning 5:30am and after breakfast, we'll depart to the train station to our journey to Machupicchu on Vista dome Train. (4 hours) at 9:40am you will arrive to the Aguas Calientes Town from where you will have to take 20 minutes bus to the Archeological site Once there where you will have a guided tour with an English speaking professional guide follow by some time at leisure, As an option, you may stay overnight in the area or town (highly recommended) and visit the ruins early next day when the full magnificence of the site reveals itself in all its majesty. You can also relax at the nearby hot springs . Otherwise, return to Cuzco where you will arrive around
7:30pm. (breakfast and box lunch included)
Day 6 TRANSFER OUT
Pick up from your hotel and transfer to the airport - end of our services (Breakfast included)
